Refund and Returns Policy
At Advancing Eco Agriculture (AEA), we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services.
If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it to one of our regional warehouses, where it will be used in our blend program.
* Note: This policy does not apply to defective products.
Return Guidelines
All eligible returns will result in a non-expiring account credit.
No cash refunds will be issued.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Customers are responsible for freight charges when shipping returned products to the warehouse.
- Customers may request AEA to arrange return shipping; related costs will be billed to the customer.
Products must be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date.
A copy of the customer’s invoice must be included with all returned products.
If the customer does not have access to their invoice, their AEA Consultant or Customer Care team may contact AEA Admin to obtain a copy before the return is shipped.
The Warehouse Manager at the receiving location will inspect all returned products to determine if they are suitable for resale.
- Products returned with reduced quantities will be credited according to the amount remaining.
- If products are deemed unusable due to improper storage, handling, or contamination, the account credit may be reduced or voided.
Return Exclusions
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Custom blends
- Opened Tainio products
- Bagged BioCoat Gold
The following AEA products, which are at high risk of contamination after opening:
- Rejuvenate
- MacroPak
- HumaCarb
- Accelerate
