Join John Kempf, founder of Advancing Eco Agriculture and host of the Regenerative Agriculture Podcast, in an information-packed session on using regenerative practices to grow exceptionally high quality wheat and small grains.

John will lead a conversation on how data-driven nutritional management can improve yield, pest resistance, straw strength, and resistance to abiotic stressors, all while reducing pesticide and fertilizer inputs. We will discuss how the same practices that improve a crop in the field can also improve its marketable qualities: color, flavor, secondary metabolites, wheat germ oil, and protein content.

Key to understanding plant nutrition is an idea that John has championed: the plant health pyramid, which outlines the stages in a plant’s journey to exceptional health. Part of the discussion will be about using sap analysis to gain hard data about a crop’s unique nutritional needs in real time, and produce actionable steps for the grower.

This session will revolutionize your understanding of grain growing, and give you the tools to consistently grow a high-quality, high-yielding grain crop.

If you have specific questions or topics you’d like John to cover, please submit them by 9/17.
