Pinion
Controls diseases caused by the fungi in the order Erysiphales
Product Description
Pinion is designed to protect the leaf surface from a wide range of fungal and bacterial pathogens—without disrupting the plant microbiome. Effective, easy to apply, and safe when used as directed, Pinion creates an inhospitable environment for disease-causing organisms, helping crops resist new infections and suppressing existing foliar disease pressure, for both fungal and bacterial infections. *** Pinion is only available in certain states. See "State Availability" below.

Dilution
Dilute with water. Maximum dilution is a 1% solution. Higher concentrations than that are better.
Preventative Rate
Apply 2–3 qt. per acre as a foliar, ~30 days after germination in annual crops, or once new plant growth is observed in perennial crops.
Responsive Rate
Following signs of disease development, apply 1 gallon per acre as a foliar. Requires 2 applications, 10–12 days apart.
Maintenance Rate
Apply 2–3 qt. per acre as a foliar, monthlyApplication Instructions
Pinion is best used as a preventative treatment application one to two weeks before disease pressure occurs, or as a treatment once the presence of disease is observed in the field.
It is best applied as a spray application with enough water for thorough coverage.
Pinion can be combined with many other nutrient applications. A jar test should be conducted when mixing Pinion with any other product. The performance of Pinion may be compromised when mixed with sulfur applications or other fertilizers which have an oxidizing effect.
The product may not be applied near water, storm drains or drainage ditches, or to any impervious surface. The product may not be applied if heavy rain is expected. The product may only be applied to the intended application site.
